AHPC 6 in 1 Respiratory Antigen Test

The AHPC 6 in 1 is a rapid self-test designed to qualitatively detect Influenza A, Influenza B, COVID-19, HMPV, RSV, and Adenovirus antigens from a nasal swab sample.

This easy-to-use combo test is intended for self-testing and helps provide fast results in as little as 10–15 minutes.

How to use

1. Collect the nasal swab sample as directed.
2. Place the swab into the extraction tube and mix thoroughly.
3. Add the processed sample into the test cassette.
4. Read results after 10–15 minutes.

Important: Do not read results after 15 minutes. A visible control line is required for a valid result.

Intended Use

Flu A/B+COVID-19/HMPV+RSV/Adeno Antigen Combo Test Cassette (Nasal Swab) is an immunochromatographic test intended for the qualitative detection of influenza A virus, influenza B virus, SARS-CoV-2, human metapneumovirus (HMPV), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and adenovirus antigens in nasal swab specimens. The test is intended to be performed by laypersons as a self-testing rapid test to aid in detection of infection in individuals suspected of infection with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) within the first 7 days of symptom onset, and Influenza A/B, HMPV, RSV, or adenovirus within the first 4 days of symptom onset. The device is intended as an aid for diagnosis, not as a standalone diagnostic tool.

Important Information

• For in vitro diagnostic self-testing use only.
• Follow all instructions carefully before use.
• A negative result does not rule out infection.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, repeat testing and seek medical advice.
• If the control line does not appear, the result is invalid and the test should be repeated with a new device.

Performance Characteristics

Clinical performance of the AHPC 6 in 1 test has been evaluated against nucleic acid (PCR) reference methods, demonstrating a high level of agreement.

• Relative Sensitivity: approximately 90–97% (varies by pathogen)
• Relative Specificity: approximately 99.9–100%
• Total Agreement: approximately 97–99%

Test performance may vary depending on viral load and stage of infection. Lower antigen levels may produce weaker test lines.
